J&L Granite Corp Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

J&L Granite Corp (“we,” “us”) makes and installs countertops in East Texas, with a fabrication shop in Nacogdoches and a showroom in Lufkin. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you contact us, request a quote, or become a customer, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the address where the work will be done. We also keep the details of your project, such as measurements, materials, photos of the job site, appointment dates, and your signed quote.

How we use it

We use your information only to quote, schedule, fabricate, install, and support your countertop project: to contact you about your project, send you your quote, confirm and remind you of appointments, let you know when our crew is on the way, and follow up after installation.

Text messages (SMS)

If you agree to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number only to send messages about your own project. Mobile information, phone numbers, and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for vendors who help us deliver messages. You can reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Up to 10 messages per project. See our SMS Terms at jandlgranite.com/sms-terms.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our scheduling and messaging software and our accounting software, and only so they can provide those services to us.

How we protect it

Your information is stored in secured systems that only our staff can access. Our website and our customer app use encrypted (SSL) connections.

Cookies

Our website may use basic cookies needed for it to work. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time by calling or emailing us.
