SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program description

J&L Granite Corp ("we," "us") operates an SMS program that sends customers text messages about their own countertop project. Messages include appointment reminders and confirmations, a notice when our crew is on the way with an arrival window, a link to review and approve your quote, updates when your countertops enter fabrication and when installation is scheduled, and a request for feedback after installation. We do not send marketing on behalf of any other business.

2. How to opt in

You can opt in by ticking the SMS consent box on the contact form at jandlgranite.com, or by giving your spoken agreement when you call us at 936-645-9614 or visit our shop or showroom. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We will not text you unless you have opted in.

3. Message frequency

Up to 10 messages per project. Messages are tied to milestones on your own job.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. J&L Granite does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You may also reply CANCEL, QUIT, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, OPTOUT or REVOKE. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To opt back in, reply START.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.

8. Privacy

Mobile information, phone numbers, and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
